On top of the impact granting will make in the community, MWCT wishes to add value in other areas.

Strategically, co-funding agreements will be investigated with the goal of increasing all forms of investment into the MWLT area.

MWCT will work closely with other community-facing organisations, including council, to ensure the support for community organisations is widely known and additional initiatives do not duplicate existing resources.

Coaching and guidance will be offered to organisations new to preparing grant applications - advising on what key information makes a great application, how to succinctly present your organisation's value proposition and meeting the needs of different sources of funding.

Over time, if other needs such as training workshops on various aspects of running a non-profit organisation are requested, MWCT has the knowledge base and experience within its network to offer that support.

MWCT will also build a platform of communication and promotion to assist local organisations in telling their story to a wider audience, lifting their profile and gaining more traction with other supporters.
